For every action a person takes, there is a consequence. To protect the owner, staff, and members of this website,
I am forced to shut down THe Foreign Ground (TFG) forum and IRC channel.

While I can fight the charges, as a college student I don't have the time or money to defend against legal actions
and after much time thinking about it, the best solution is to shut down.

I will not give any details about the lawsuit, nor will I comment on rumors or speculation.

I'm not going to risk my real life and pay for damages done on the Internet. As the owner of TFG, I am liable for
the contents within. I hope you understand.
